Coming together from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, our skilled team of professionals is the backbone of FOR OUR MOTHERS. Their ideas help shape the direction and mission of our organization as it continues to develop.

Jeffrey Ridgeway

Vice President

Jeffrey is a graduate from the University of Tennessee. Jeffrey has been in the field medical Social Work for 6 years. Jeffrey is interested in  Social justice issues and staying informed on current events that impact the community. Jeffrey has participated in coordinating donations for the local food bank as well as clothing drives for the homeless.  Jeffrey plans to use his experiences in making a lasting impact when it comes to human trafficking. 

Corin Johnson

Board Member

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Corin has received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Public Health program at Georgia State University. Corin started her career in the health field during her work studies program in high school.   Her experience extends over 15 years. It is truly a passion to take care of people and Corin now has the goal to do it on a much broader scale through public health. In her free time, she loves to spend time with friends and family, travel, listen to music and attend concerts.

Deidré Bryant

Secretary

Deidré Bryant attended Spelman College where she earned a degree in Psychology in 2013. Afterwards, she went to California State University, Sacremento and received a Masters in Social Work in 2015.Deidré is licensed to practice Social Work independently and is currently employed in the healthcare system. She is involved in ministry at her church. Within the Atlanta community she is an active member of the Atlanta Alumni Association of Kappa Kappa Psi Fraternity and Tau Beta Sigma Sorority serving and supporting band programs.

Connie Jones

Outreach Coordinator

Connie Jones is a devoted professional with more than 10 years of experience in leading, coaching, developing, and supporting small businesses and teams in varying stages of growth. Connie’s passion inside and outside the workplace is to drive and support the advancement and development of others. Leading with empathy, Connie enjoys helping others overcome challenges, empowering them to leverage resources to assist those in her charge grow, and helping others along their path to success. Connie excels in building high-performing teams, communities, and networks while working to identify and analyze strategies to enhance business performance to generate revenue. Connie is excited to bring her skills to For Our Mothers
